CATERING FAQ

GENERAL

  • Can I order catering the same day as my event?

We request orders be placed at least 12 hours before your event - but we do our best to accommodate any last minute requests. Please email catering@fieldsgoodchicken.com and we will always do our best to accommodate.

  • How do I place a pick-up catering order?

On our ordering page you have the option to select "Pick Up" or "Delivery"

  • Can I place an order over email or the phone?

We request all orders to be placed via our website. This helps us ensure a seamless and secure ordering process with no errors. If you have any questions, you can reach us at catering@fieldsgoodchicken.com.

  • Is there a minimum order for catering?

We accept pick-up catering orders of all sizes. For delivery, there’s a minimum of $150.

FOOD SETUP

  • How much food comes in an A La Carte tray?

Our trays feed 10 people, with portions similar to what we serve in our restaurants. If you have light or heavy eaters, your order should be adjusted accordingly.

  • How is the food packaged?

All of our catering items are served family style, biodegradable catering trays or in our individual bowls depending on the item ordered.

  • Does my order include plates, napkins, etc.?

All orders come with plates, napkins, utensils and serve ware. If you do not need these items please be green and let us know!

  • Will your team help set up my order?

Besides special events, our catering services are drop-off only.

  • What vegan/gluten-free/soy-free options do you have?

Our catering options that accommodate everyone’s dietary needs. Please refer to our Nutrition page for additional information.

  • How much food do you recommend per person?

We recommend the same servings as in our restaurants - A chicken of choice, 2 sides and grain or greens. We recommend not going to broad on the variety of sides to ensure you don't run out of any favorites. Please see our Feasts packages for easy ordering.

DELIVERY & PAYMENT

  • When should I request delivery drop-off?

We suggest having your order delivered 30 minutes before your serve time. If you are located in a high security building, we would suggest 45 minutes to be on the safe side.

  • What if my address is outside your delivery zone?

Please email catering@fieldsgoodchicken.com and we will always do our best to accommodate.

  • Do you offer house accounts?

We do not currently offer house accounts for catering orders.

  • Do you have a recommendation on gratuity?

Tipping is optional, but a gratuity of 5-15% (or any custom amount) can be added at checkout and is always appreciated.

ORDER UPDATES

  • How do I make edits to my order?

You can make edits by going back into your account, selecting the order, and clicking the “EDIT” button. If you have any issues, please contact us at catering@fieldsgoodchicken.com

  • What is your cancellation policy?

We request 12 hours notice of your scheduled pick-up/delivery time. Same day cancellations with be charged 50% of the order price. The more notice the better!
